Public Servant Aptitude and Action Test (PSAAT)
We must have public servants that know the basics of our freedoms, recognize the threat to our liberties, and be committed to restoring Constitutional fundamentals. This is why the Public Servant Aptitude and Action Test (PSAAT) was created.
This test asks the hard questions that should be asked of a candidate, and the public has a right and a need to know how competent they are, and what they will do in office once elected. ALL elected officials need to be constitutionally competent, not just the US Congress. It will take hard work to reclaim our Constitutional form of government. This test is the first step towards validating that a candidate is willing to do that hard work. Any candidate unwilling to take the time to explain their qualifications to hold office and their intent prior to being elected is not fit for public office, and should not be supported by the public vote. It is a ridiculous notion that at bus driver, plumber, or boat operator should be pre-qualified to execute their job; but government officials, do not have to show their competence. We should, and will, demand better.
The Madison Institute urges other organizations to demand proof of a candidate’s ability to be a public servant, and their intent to restore our Constitutional form of government to this country. We also urge that the results be posted on the internet.
